The charity wanted to improve the online experience for supporters by creating a new, more accessible and user-friendly donation journey. Working with WPNC, it comprehensively reviewed its donation experience, taking into account feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the digital journey.
The new donation experience, launched on goDonate Enterprise, intuitively handles different donation types such as in-memory or paying in sponsorship and collections.
The back-end functionality enables the charity to create campaign specific donation journeys and fully track & attribute the source of the donations.
The platform integrates seamlessly with Stroke’s existing ThankQ CRM and DotDigital email platform.
Conversion from the start of the donation to completion went from 19% to 88%.
