Location: Remote (UK-based). We meet regularly in London for team socials
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Project Manager / QA to join our team at goDonate, working on one of our most high-profile global charity platforms.

This is a hybrid role combining project delivery and quality assurance, supporting the ongoing development and expansion of a large-scale, multi-region digital fundraising platform used around the world.

Our platform is implemented across multiple countries, languages, currencies, and local payment methods — making this a great opportunity to work on a truly global product with real-world impact.

You’ll work closely with, and report to, our goDonate Product Manager dedicated to this client alongside developers and stakeholders across both organisations, including the client’s project manager and wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Management & Delivery

  • Managing the ongoing delivery of features, changes, upgrades and fixes
  • Coordinating and prioritising a feature backlog alongside incoming support tickets and change requests
  • Using monday.com to track progress, manage priorities, and support release planning
  • Working closely with developers and the Product Manager to ensure clear requirements gathering and smooth delivery
  • Collaborating with the client’s project manager and wider team to align on timelines, expectations, and releases
  • Monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies to keep delivery on track
  • Providing, and acting upon, contact and incident reports
  • Assist the Product Manager and Developers in the scoping of new features

Support & Ticket Management

  • Managing day-to-day support tickets via Zendesk, ensuring issues are clearly logged, prioritised, and progressed
  • Leading on day-to-day communication with the client via Teams and email
  • Working with developers to investigate and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicating updates clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Ensuring support work is balanced effectively alongside roadmap delivery

Quality Assurance (Core to the Role)

  • Leading QA across both new features and support fixes, working closely with the development team
  • Writing and maintaining test plans and test cases (using tools such as TestLodge)
  • Carrying out manual testing across devices, browsers, and donation/payment journeys
  • Performing QA on Zendesk tickets and bug fixes before release
  • Supporting and coordinating automated testing where appropriate
  • Working closely with a separate regression testing team, helping to coordinate testing cycles and ensure coverage ahead of releases
  • Reviewing and validating outcomes of regression testing to ensure readiness for deployment
  • Ensuring high quality across multi-language, multi-currency, and region-specific implementations

Tech & Tools You’ll Work With

  • monday.com (project management, sprint planning, backlog tracking)
  • Zendesk (client-facing support ticketing and issue management)
  • TestLodge and other testing tools
  • Browser testing environments, such as BrowserStack
  • Payment platforms (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless and local payment methods)
  • Analytics and tracking tools (e.g. GTM)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical/digital understanding — comfortable working closely with developers and digital products
  • Experience with online payments or ecommerce journeys
  • Experience working on international and/or multi-language websites
  • Proven ability to manage both planned roadmap work and reactive support tickets
  • Strong experience in QA and testing, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk) in a delivery or support environment
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automated testing tools
  • Familiarity with digital fundraising or charity platforms
  • Experience working in agile environments
